Shrek the Sheep

I just learned about Shrek the Sheep, the most famous sheep ever!!

"Shrek is a Merino wether (castrated male sheep) in New Zealand, who gained international fame in 2004 after he avoided being caught and shorn for six years. Merinos are normally shorn annually, but Shrek apparently hid in caves, avoiding muster." (Wikipedia)

He had enough wool was enough to make 20 suits!

Eric's Visit Pt. 1 - Byrning Spears Surf Shop (Raglan) and Rotorua Bach

Eric came to New Zealand for an EPIC trip!!

It was great opportunity to get out and see more of New Zealand.

The morning that Eric arrived, Jon, Eric and I headed straight to Rotorua. On our drive down to Rotorua, we drove through Raglan to pick up Eric's new surfboard.

We rented an awesome bach with a big backyard for the Newtster. There was even a giant checkers board in the backyard!!
